Cast Iron

Cast Iron is an acoustic band that takes traditional bluegrass stylings in pairs them with modern songwriting. Cast Iron's songs often feature three part harmony and featured instrumental solos.

Cast Iron Bluegrass was formed in 2019 with a collection of musicians from the vibrant Asheville bluegrass scene. They released their first album  "Blue Ridge Mountain Haze" in 2022. Their Sophomore album "Flicker of Love" will be released on May 17th and feature 10 original songs.

The band has played a wide variety of events and venues and is looking to expand into the greater southeast region.
